a travel day... saaaad, time to go home. what a horrible flight, worst ever. the row right in front of me had a toddler having a tantrum for the majority of the flight... I am talking an hour and a half of straight up SCREAMING. most annoying thing ever.

We went back to Richmond today. When we got home we headed out to downtown Richmond for dinner. We took a walk on the canal river walk. How PRETTY is this flower? If ever I move to the south I want a magnolia tree in my yard!

I couldn't pick just one photo today... I had to pick one with the fireworks.... after all it is the 4th of july.... But this photo of the Lincoln Memorial is easily one of my favorite photos I have taken.. What a day. You haven't seen fireworks till you do on the national mall... amazing.

Dan and I made it to another baseball game!! We saw the Braves at the Nationals. What a game, the Braves take it 9-8... Two stadiums down....

We made our way thru DC today... Hit up all sorts of museums... this was some building on our way back to the Metro... I thought it was pretty!!

Once I got into Richmond, Dan and I made our way to DC... Not without a stop at the Waffle House though. Its been soooo long since I have had Waffle House... SOOOO GOOD! I had a grilled cheese and hashbrowns.mmmm

why this is blurry i dont know... anyway, i swear my place is haunted sometimes... this damn thing keeps falling off the speaker. it happens with the other one too. i will put the thing back on the speaker, and the next day, or after work, i will come to the living room and there it sits on the floor. wth.
